YOUTH CONTRIBUTOR PERMISSION and AGREEMEENT

By filling out this form , I confirm that:

• I am the parent or legal guardian of the child listed above.

• My child created this work, or we have permission to submit it.

• I give permission for the magazine to publish, share, print, display, and archive this submission in connection with the magazine, including online and on social media.

• I understand that submission does not guarantee publication.

• I understand that submissions are voluntary and unpaid.

• I understand the magazine may make small edits for spelling, grammar, formatting, or layout.

• I understand that the magazine may identify my child by first name, pen name, age range, city, or short bio unless we request otherwise.

• I understand that the magazine may occasionally offer selected contributors a small thank-you gift, contributor copy, or gift card, but this is optional and not guaranteed.

• I understand that my child keeps ownership (copyright) of their original work.
